Description

The Jindal freeze dryer (square cabinet) is made of SUS304 stainless steel and uses silicone oil circulation heating to ensure uniform shelf cooling and heating. After temperature stabilization, the shelf temperature difference is only ±1°C. The cold trap temperature can reach as low as −80°C. It is suitable for samples containing organic solvents and can be used to explore various drying and processing conditions, such as in food processing, dehydration, and soil preparation.

Largest Ergonomic Features

  • Easy to operate with excellent drying performance.
  • The inflatable (discharge) valve adopts a safety diaphragm valve, which can be connected to an inert gas source. Inert gas is introduced after drying to extend the shelf life of the material.
  • Optimized freeze-drying curve control technology enables precise control of the cooling rate during the pre-freezing stage, as well as the heating rate and vacuum level during the sublimation and desorption drying stages.
  • Equipped with a 10-inch true color touch screen for intuitive operation.
  • Capable of storing hundreds of process recipes, each containing up to 50 temperature control segments, enhancing process optimization.
  • Intelligent data recording system allows real-time recording and display of cold trap temperature curves, sample temperature curves, and vacuum curves. Data can be exported, viewed, and printed via a computer to support process optimization and drying effect validation.
  • Offers flexible manual and automatic control modes: manual mode is ideal for process exploration, while automatic mode is suitable for batch production.
  • Features real-time alarm display and historical alarm log for fault diagnosis and maintenance.
  • User access levels and password protection can be set for decentralized operation management.
