Description

Jindal Ultra low temperature Deep Freezer is used for low temperature scientific experiments, preservation of red blood cells, white blood cells, skin, DNA/RNA, bone, bacteria, semen, biomedical products, ocean products, electronic devices, and low-temperature testing of special materials. It is suitable for blood banks, hospitals, sanitation and anti – epidemic stations, electronic industries, university laboratories, and military industries.

Control System

  • Temperature control range between -400C and -860C that is user adjustable .
  • Temperature control is precise to 1°C.
  • Along with a digital temperature display, it has a keyboard lock and a password protected menu.
  • Configuration page for ease of operation .
  • The freezer has a delayed start and safe stop interval between restart and being terminated.
  • Equipped with audio and video alarms, such as: High or Low Temperature alarm, Power Failure alarm, Low Battery alarm, Door Open alarm, Filter Blocking alarm and System Failure alarm.

Structural Design

  • Stainless steel interior, powder coated GI steel panel exterior along with four casters for easy handling.
  • The front opening lockable door comes with a handle for easy accessibility as well as a vacuum release port.
  • Adjustable stainless-steel shelves with inner insulation doors and double silicon gasket seal.
  • Two-times foaming technology with 120mm foaming insulation as well as a VIP insulation board.
  • Comes with USB storage functions.
  • Optional additions include: chart recorder, CO2 back-up system, storage racks/boxes and remote alarm system.

Refrigeration System

  • It is fitted with a popular imported compressor.
  • Makes less noise and has reduced power consumption.
  • Uses a technology of mixture refrigerant.
