Jindal Ultra Low Temperature Freezers are ideally suited for use in laboratories and hospitals for storage of human biological samples till analysis (plasma, serum, whole blood and tissues homogenates) and long-term storage till they are further processed analyzed for molecular studies. The outer body made of galvanized steel sheet with tough powder coated and inner chamber made of anti-corrosion 304 grade stainless steel. Freezer has 4 nos. of inner individual compartment with insulated inner doors and adjustable height. Freezer inner doors made of stainless insulated steel material. Freezer has triple silicon door seal with double gasket for less loss of cold air during opening and closing of doors. Freezer door latch allow one hand opening & closing. Door fitted with heavy duty handle include door key lock as well as padlock provision for added surety and sealed with multiple layers rubber gasket to avoid temperature leakage for sample security. Exterior illumination of freezer ensures for long term viability and enhanced temperature uniformity & stability +1°C. The complete body is mounted on heavy duty lockable castors and levelling for adjustment and installation. Freezer has 100mm ground clearance.
The Freezer insulated vacuum insulation panel for space saving and higher efficiency. Enhanced acoustic insulation helps to reduce compressor sound. The down-feed coil evaporator for efficient refrigerant flow and air-cooled condenser filter to maintain low peak protects samples. Freezer has rotary air circulation to maintain temperature uniformity. Freezer has frost free management with adjustable cabinet heater. The filter also is washable for economy and do-it-yourself maintenance with indicator light. Freezer has pressure sensitive mechanisms to protect the compressor in long run. The freezer system is H-Drive Information Center (HIC) with adaptive control is designed to detect high and low usage patterns, adjust compressor speeds, and reduce energy without compromising protection. Freezer has connected common main duct for throw hot air out of room.
All models use specially designed cascade refrigeration for energy efficiency direct dual cooling system for ultimate sample protection with dual high efficiency Hermetic sealed compressors with automatically regulate according to the freezer for ultra-low temperature applications. These 1Hp compressors are designed to run at a large voltage band of 190-270V Single Phase AC Supply. A highly efficient cascade refrigeration cycle helps in attaining the required temperature within a short time period. The Freezer have decompression valve to lower air pressure inside freezer for easy door opening.
Fully Automatic Microprocessor based control (Eye level touch screen display)
A multi-functional, fuzzy supported process controller which ensures accurate setting. Freezer has microprocessor-controlled touch pad data entry & digital LED display of all functions controls for setting temperature and alarms. The freezer temperature range -50°C to -86°C and ambient temperature of operation 32°C. A rechargeable inbuilt battery backup battery for display and security lock for the display. Freezer has audio-visual alarm system for high/low temperature, power failure, probe failure and door open. Freezer has RS 232 USB port to download event log and freezer setting. Freezer control panel display main switch, thermometer, temperature selection control. Freezer has record door open and log time the door open and closed.
Freezer has removable heat exchanger with all other relevant components of the cooling system is maintained and replaceable. Freezer has onboard data storage and data export option by USB and option to connect third party data monitoring system. Freezer has protection from accidental setting of control panel. The Freezer consist mean Kinetic Temperature able to be calculated for any days & alarm deviation report on report, Reports in graphical and tabular form.
The instrument is designed to operate on 220-240V, 50Hz single phase AC power supply. The Freezer is supply with power cord with Indian grade plug top (Model with 110V also available).
