The Jindal Undercounter -86°C Ultra-Low Temperature Freezer SMI-165ULT-49 features a compact design with powerful performance. It is specifically designed for the storage of materials used in low-temperature scientific experiments, plasma, tuna, biomaterials, and other biological products.
This mini deep freezer is ideal for use in hospitals, blood banks, university laboratories, electronics industries, research institutes, military sectors, pelagic fishery companies, sanitation, and epidemic prevention centers.
Equipped with a microprocessor-based temperature controller, it allows users to freely set temperatures between -40°C and -86°C. The upright design and galvanized steel sheet interior (optional stainless steel) make the unit easy to clean.
Additionally, the freezer includes a secure alarm system with a keyboard lock and password access to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized use.
The combination of 130mm CFC-free PU foam and high-quality vacuum insulated panels provides superior insulation, preventing rapid temperature increases and ensuring low energy consumption. The design of foam inner doors, built-in vacuum insulation board and triple independent silicone sealing strip design make the insulation performance excellent.
The ULT freezer uses natural green gases as refrigerants to meet safety requirements for usage. These natural hydrocarbon refrigerants are SNAP-compliant according to U.S. regulations. Additionally, this is supported by European Union regulation (EU-517/2014). The foaming agents used during manufacturing are fully controlled to ensure they are environmentally friendly.
Equipped with a microprocessor-based temperature control system, the freezer allows users to freely set temperatures within a range of -40°C to -86°C. Even at an ambient temperature of 32°C, the unit can maintain a minimum internal temperature of -86°C, with precise control in 0.1°C increments.
This ultra-low temperature freezer features a lockable door to prevent unauthorized access. It is equipped with a delayed start function and a safe stop interval between restarts and shutdowns to ensure reliable operation. The compact deep freezer also includes an audible and visual alarm system, featuring alerts for power failure, high/low temperature, communication failure, high ambient temperature, sensor failure, and more.
