The Jindal -86°C Ultra-Low Temperature Small Freezer SMI-165EUCF-HC-99 is an undercounter deep freezer designed for laboratory and medical-grade applications. It features high-precision temperature control, ensuring uniform temperature distribution within a range of -40°C to -86°C.
With targeted refrigeration technology, this deep freezer enables rapid cooling performance. Designed with a user-centered approach, it is both energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
It provides safe storage for laboratory research materials, pharmaceutical raw materials, and other temperature-sensitive products. This medical and laboratory-grade freezer is ideal for use in blood banks, public health and disease prevention systems, hospitals, universities, research institutions, the electronics industry, biological engineering, military enterprises, deep-sea fishing companies, and more.
The combination of 130mm CFC-free PU foam and high-quality vacuum insulated panels provides superior insulation, preventing rapid temperature increases and ensuring low energy consumption. The design of foam inner doors, built-in vacuum insulation board and triple independent silicone sealing strip design make the insulation performance excellent.
The ULT freezer uses natural green gases as refrigerants to meet safety requirements for usage. These natural hydrocarbon refrigerants are SNAP-compliant according to U.S. regulations. Additionally, this is supported by European Union regulation (EU-517/2014). The foaming agents used during manufacturing are fully controlled to ensure they are environmentally friendly.
Equipped with a microprocessor-based temperature control system, the freezer allows users to freely set temperatures within a range of -40°C to -86°C. Even at an ambient temperature of 32°C, the unit can maintain a minimum internal temperature of -86°C, with precise control in 0.1°C increments.
The SMI-165EUCF-HC-99 small deep freezer is equipped with a Secop compressor and a renowned EBM fan, both of which are energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. Its large finned condenser, with a fin spacing of ≤2mm, ensures effective heat dissipation for optimal cooling performance.
The Jindal laboratory deep freezer is equipped with a comprehensive audible and visual alarm system, including sensor failure alarm, high/low temperature alarm, power failure alarm, door open alarm, and more. It also features turn-on delay and stop interval protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
High-Precision Microcomputer Temperature Control System enables easy and accurate temperature settings.
Platinum resistor temperature sensors ensure more precise and stable temperature control.
High-definition, user-friendly control panel allows temperature settings from -40°C to -86°C, with a digital display accurate to 1°C.
Lockable door, keyboard lock, and password protection prevent unauthorized access and operation.
Upright deep freezer with a stainless steel interior and painted steel exterior, equipped with four casters for easy mobility.
Adjustable 2–3 stainless steel shelves, inner door, and double silicone gasket ensure excellent insulation and usability.
