Jindal loop sterilizer is designed with an electric heat source to sterilize metal inoculating loops and needles without using an open flame. Loop sterilizer widely used for inoculating loop or needle sterilization by producing uniform & constant heat. Sterilizers have an EN6052 protection class and are not intended to interfere with circuit radio. A ceramic heating element is surrounded by an isolating cover in loop sterilization.
The sterilizing tube, reaches its optimal temperature of 700-800°C after only a few minutes. To sterilize the inoculation loop, simply insert it into the quartz tube. After 5 seconds, the inoculation loop is sterilized. Any residue remaining on the smooth surface of the tube can be removed easily with the help of a soft brush
The low and stable housing facilitates ergonomic operation; the unique design protects the working surface from contamination.
