Jindal knife sterilizers are widely used in the meat, fish, and poultry industries for sterilizing butchers and boners knives. This unique product is operated by a 1.2 kW 220 volt heating element; it has a water storage capacity of 2 liters, which it will heat to 83 °C, which will kill all common bugs and bacteria that are common in the food industry.
The unit is insulated for maximum efficiency.
It has a hinged top cover so that condensation levels are minimized. The standard unit will hold four butcher knives concealed with the top cover closed for sterilization to take place within 4 minutes.
The complete sterilizer is made of stainless steel. The temperature is controlled by a thermostat to the desired value.
We have designed this product to be fail-safe. It consists of a low water level protection device that prevents the heater from burning out.
