Jindal dental acrylizer is widely used in dental colleges & hospitals. The complete acrylizer is a single walled stainless-steel construction of heavy gauge. The chamber is fully leak-proof argon welded from all corners. The acrylizer consists of a tap in front for the pouring of wax as per the requirement. Wide open tank sufficient to house 8 flask set one time. Tank is made of high-quality rust proof metal and other covering water proof paining. In built immersion type heater helps in achieving the set temperature in a short time period. Polymerization have digital controller indicating time and temperature key to run the programme. The instrument is designed to operate on 220V single Phase AC supply (Model with 110V power supply is also available).
