Grossing Tables are used for examining surgical specimens and therefore known as surgical pathology work stations. Built in blowers sucks out the contaminated air and formalin vapours from the worktable.
Grossing table made of 1.2mm stainless steel 304 grade material and working platform including sink made of 1.5mm stainless steel 316 grade material. Illumination system with white & yellow LED controlled by DC voltage supply for flicker free & long life. Matte finish with all corners well-ground ensuring no sharp edges. Floor-mounted model and comfortable for working in both standing and sitting positions.
Feature of this worktable. The workstation is supplied incorporated with focused light and magnifier glasses, formalin monitors, label printers, camera, magnetic instrument holder, Bone cutter, light with flexible arms, paper towel holder, Inch/Centimeter ruler, Magnetic toolbar, Polyethylene dissecting board with ruler and contrast area to easily see the biopsy, Sink & Mixer tap for hot and cold water, sprinkler system with adjustable valve for bath sanitation located underneath the perforated working plate & drawers, sturdy perforated insertable work plate, perforated removable grill, storage (lockable) at left below the working area waste bin, Waste disposer to avoid blockage be attached to sink.
Removable (for cleaning) side windows are made of acrylics. Water proof switch with indicators master control knob & emergency switch. To prevent the jamming of the drainage, sink with trash masher by switch to prevent blockage. Wheels with lock for easy movement.

• 5 mm holes on working surface for self-draining & 3mm holes removable pan for sample smaller than 5mm
• Fully automatic rinsing system with 5 jets, timer control & pressure pump
• Sink is integrally constructed at the right side has dimension 350 x 350mm with two water taps, one fix and other movable with spray gun with flexible hose.
• Delrin material grossing board with printed XY scale & black color square in center to view small biopsies & white tissues
• Separate drain line for formalin waste for connecting formalin waste for connecting formalin in ETP plant or neutralization unit as per nabl/CAP rule made
All our workstations are supplied with factory-fitted exhaust duct work that can be connected to any in-house ventilation system. Inbuilt ventilation system for removing the formalin fumes and contaminated air.
Measurement
Any other custom built sizes can also be made on request. The instrument is designed to operate on 220 -240V,50Hz with single phase AC supply (Model with 110V also available)
