Jindal high-precision water bath is a tabletop model with double-walled construction and is ideally suited for experiments or research work requiring very precisely controlled temperatures with an accuracy of 0.1°C from the digital temperature controller.
The inner chamber is made of thick stainless steel sheet and is 100% leakproof, and the welding itself is ground properly to give a smooth inside working surface. The outer wall consists of thick mild steel sheet, which is powder coated. The inner chamber is insulated from the outer atmosphere with high-grade glass wool to ensure a constant temperature and minimum loss of heat.
It is provided with a glass window for an easy inside view. A speed-controlled stirrer is provided for continuous stirring of the medium to ensure a uniform temperature throughout.
The heating mechanism consists of sets of heaters corresponding to faster and slower heating. The latter are meant for very precise temperature control.
The temperature is controlled from ambient to 100.0°C ± 0.2°C by a highly accurate microprocessor-based PID temperature indicator and controller.
The bath is designed to operate on 220V Single Phase AC Supply.
