JINDAL CO₂ Incubator system an air jacket incubator provides reliable conditions for epidemiological and translational research and can provide most precise and regulated environment for cell culture. The incubator surface a high-quality finish electropolished to give a very smooth. Laboratories and medical professionals, world over, rely on our CO₂ Incubators.

Jindal’s CO₂ Incubator uses Direct Heat / Air Jacketed Heating System which surrounds the inner chamber made of seamless stainless-steel to minimize possible points of contamination. This technique achieves accurate, uniform and highly responsive temperature control within the chamber. Temperature sensor to controls the air jacket heating for constant temperature. In case of failure the system have a second circuit that can take over control.

The Dual Beam Infrared CO₂ system is linked to a microprocessor controller with a sophisticated PID algorithm. Fan capable of faster recovery for all parameter after every door opening.

Fan have an auto–stop function during door openings to minimize air exchange. Once the door is closed the fan accelerates for quick recovery. The Chamber has integrated digital microprocessor control system with graphic LED display and button with indication light and displays CO2 concentration and temperature data in real time.

Optional Ultra Protection Systems

The Jindal CO₂ incubator (Carbon Dioxide Incubator) also comes with a programmable Ultraviolet Lamp, isolated from cell cultures, that sterilizes conditioned air and humidity water reservoirs to avoid contamination without disturbing cell cultures in vitro.

Rapid Response “Class 100 product” affects the Yields and Reliability by airborne contamination costing valuable time and money. Class 100 HEPA Filter Flow System air quality provides an ideal culturing environment.

Fan Less Design

  • Dual-channel Infrared (IR) CO2 sensor with auto-zero programmable function technology for precise monitoring where temperature and humidity levels are less predictable.

Convenient humidity reservoir and active rH control

To simplify maintenance and remove a potential source of contamination, models with the humidity tray for easy cleaning and refilling of distilled water. Incubator has 0.22 µm membrane filters for water filtration. Active rH control is ideal for applications requiring flexibility and precise monitoring of humidity levels.

HEPA air filtration for air purity

Airborne particulates are a primary source of contamination in most lab settings. Our advanced HEPA filter technology protects your cultures, providing ISO Class 5 clean room-like air quality conditions within only five minutes after a 30-second door opening.

140° C dry heat sterilization
