Description

ZJINDAL CO2 Incubator provides perfectly stabilized and sterilized environment for Cell Culture and study of temperature / CO2 on human tissues. Laboratories and medical professionals, world over, rely on our CO2 Incubators. The incubator outer chamber is made of 18 gauge (1mm) cold-rolled steel with powder coating. The incubator inner chamber is made of electro-polished stainless steel 304 grade material. The Incubator has separate single inner glass door for monitoring of samples without disturbing conditions of the chamber.

Jindal’s CO2 Incubator uses Direct Heat / Air Jacketed Heating System which surrounds the inner chamber walls combined with convection airflow that radiate wall heat through thermal conduction. This technique achieves accurate, uniform and highly responsive temperature control within the chamber. Incubator has microprocessor based PID controlled for temperature. The CO2 Incubator has inbuilt BMS relays and also option to incorporate onto data monitoring and documentations modules.

All instruments functions including the temperature, CO2% and Humidity% of the incubator are programmable with a facility for a selectable alarm for each parameter, door open & power interrupted. The large backlit display for control of temperature and alarms. Microprocessor based control system displayed clear-cut written message for the errors, The CO2 incubator software command which allows tracking key operational information such as time, temperature, CO2 concentration and humidity. The CO2 incubator has dual temperature sensor with PID controller for temperature protection and recovery

Optional Ultra Protection Systems

The Jindal CO2 incubator also comes with a programmable Ultraviolet Lamp, isolated from cell cultures, that sterilizes conditioned air and humidity water reservoir to avoid contamination without disturbing cell cultures in vitro. Incubator has an inline pressure regulator to ensure less gas consumption and prevent overshooting of pressure which shortens life span of incubator.

Rapid Response “Class 100 product” affects the Yields and Reliability by airborne contamination costing valuable time and money. Class 100 HEPA Filter Flow System air quality provides an ideal culturing environment. CO2 Incubator consist post decontamination process, the system is return to normal operating status without the need for manual cleaning.
