INDICATOR: The LED indicator glass is designed to be perfectly flush with the chassis surface; it expresses the passage control of the system. The LED indicator is offered as standard in all of the JINDAL LED indicator turnstile models, and it can also be manufactured in different styles on demand.
Control: There exists a dry contact output in the direction passed; the dry contact can easily be connected to 12 VDC, 24 VDC, or various access control units and other peripheral units in order to trigger passage. Also, direction choice can easily be set by the dip switches on the card by the users; the turnstile allows passage in both directions in case of a power cut; this is a legal obligation; a counter-system cannot be offered without a written and officially signed demand from the customer. There is also an extra contact input for emergencies such as fire, earthquake, etc. All of the solenoid and LED indicators are long-lasting semiconducting; there is also a buzzer on the control cart that indicates when passage authorization is received. The buzzer can be deactivated by the dip switch on the card on demand.
CHASSIS: All of the JINDAL height type turnstiles can be produced in 3 special different versions on demand (V.S.-1 completely DKP+ electrostatic painted). (V.S.-2 completely ASI 304 quality stainless steel) (V.S.-3) Only the rotor is stainless steel; the rest is electrostatically painted.
EXTERNAL MECHANICS: The turnstile rotor and chassis are welded according to the material type with gas or argon welding by our experienced and certified expert team. In addition to that, rotor surface bearing is provided by a conical load roller. As a result of this roller hiding inside the rotor, it can last for many years while being away from liquid and moisture.
EMERGENCY: There is an emergency input on the turnstile mainboard; emergency systems such as fire and earthquake can be connected to this input. So in case of emergency, the turnstile sets itself to allow free passage in both directions.
Glass: Turnstile rotor glass is specially produced with 10 mm laser cut for the tempered turnstile, and 8 mm grinded side cage glass is offered as standard.
MECHANISM: It can operate with the electromechanical motor system; it allows one person to pass with 120 degree movement; it does not allow return after 30 degree movement; it has a system that locks after every 120 degree movement with the solenoid coils we designed specially for the turnstile; it makes the 120 degree damping with a hydraulic absorber, so it allows a soft and quiet passage. As a result of the movement of many parts on a bearing in the new design, it is operating with 60% less friction. It is a long-lasting product with its half-globe head unit and arms manufactured from specially produced solenoid coils, and the high-quality shock absorber used on it is stainless chrome steel.
