Jindal Ultra Low Temperature Freezers are ideally suited for use in laboratories and hospitals for long-term preservation & storage of various samples, sensitive stem cells, plasma, semen, virus, bone graft and other biological samples. The Freezer inner chamber is made of rust-free stainless steel of 304 grade with the provision of adjustable shelves. The Freezer has 2 Nos. of inner insulated doors for better cooling. The Freezer has double outer door with locking lids and latched pull-out swing style including four inner doors to minimize temperature loss. Freezer has triple silicon door seal with double gasket for less loss of cold air during opening and closing of doors. Freezer door latch allow one hand opening & closing. Door is fitted with heavy duty handle include door key lock for added security and sealed with multiple layers rubber gasket to avoid temperature leakage for sample security. The Freezer has set point security features included to prevent unauthorized changes to temperature settings. The complete body is mounted on has four heavy-duty castors with levelling feet for easy movement and sturdy installation of the unit. Freezer has 100mm ground clearance.
The Freezer is insulated with vacuum insulation panel (VIP) technology in addition to the PUF material. Enhanced acoustic insulation helps to reduce compressor sound. Adjustable door heater perimeter to avoid condensation and frosting near the door without impacting chamber temperature. Freezer has rotary air circulation to maintain temperature uniformity. Freezer has frost free management with adjustable cabinet heater. The filter also is washable for economy and do-it-yourself maintenance with indicator light. Freezer has pressure sensitive mechanisms to protect the compressor in long run. The freezer system is H-Drive Information Center (HIC) with adaptive control is designed to detect high and low usage patterns, adjust compressor speeds, and reduce energy without compromising protection. Freezer has connected common main duct for throw hot air out of room.
All models use specially designed cascade refrigeration for energy efficiency direct cooling system with two compressors system with an H-drive compressor for efficient cooling. These 1Hp compressors are designed to run at a large voltage band of 190-270V Single Phase AC Supply. A highly efficient cascade refrigeration cycle helps in attaining the required temperature within a short time period. The combination of efficient technology and construction brings the added benefit of considerable energy savings.
Fully Automatic Microprocessor based control (Eye level touch screen display)
A multi-functional, fuzzy supported process controller which ensures accurate setting. Freezer has microprocessor based PID controlled. The Freezer has HIC interface with 7-segment display and capacitive touch screen for intuitive operation. The Freezer temperature range of -80°C to -50℃ with accuracy of ±0.1°C for four hrs. in the event of electricity failure. The Freezer work on a temperature range between +15°C to +32°C. Integrated fitted backup battery system for 72hrs. of continuous process. The Freezer has audio-visual alarm system for high/low temperature, power failure, abnormal voltage, condenser overheating alarm, sensor error, low battery, high ambient temperature, door ajar alarm. The Freezer has inbuilt chart recorder for temperature logging. Freezer has USB port to download event log and freezer setting. Freezer control panel display main switch, thermometer, temperature selection control. Freezer has single RTD (1000-ohm Platinum RTD) sensor probe used for accurate temperature monitoring.
Freezer has removable heat exchanger with all other relevant components of the cooling system is maintained and replaceable. Freezer has data output option includes RS485 output, dry contacts and 4-20mA output for remote monitoring purposes. Freezer has protection from accidental setting of control panel. The Freezer consist mean Kinetic Temperature able to be calculated for any days & alarm deviation report on report, Reports in graphical and tabular form.
The instrument is designed to operate on 220-240V, 50Hz single phase AC power supply. The Freezer is supply with power cord with Indian grade plug top (Model with 110V also available).
CO2 /LN2 backup systems available to ensure temperature during power outages.
