The Jindal -86°C HC Ultra-Low Temperature Freezer SMI-165CD-677 introduces significant updates to the ultra-low freezer series. This advanced deep freezer, designed for laboratory and medical use, features a new structure with four independent inner doors. The optimized foamed insulation within the doors enhances temperature stability and performance. Specially designed to meet the demands of long-term, secure storage, this ultra-low freezer is ideal for preserving high-value medical and laboratory materials.
The ultra-low freezer features a new design with a 7-inch LED touchscreen display, offering a more user-friendly and convenient interface. It ensures accurate temperature display to 0.1°C and allows you to freely set the internal temperature from -40°C to -86°C.
The Jindal SMI-165CD-677 medical and laboratory ultra-low freezer is designed with four independent inner doors featuring foamed insulation, ensuring superior temperature performance. The exterior is made of high-quality structural steel, while the interior is constructed from durable stainless steel. The storage system includes three high-strength SUS304 shelves, which are corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
The Double Protection system is newly designed to securely store valuable biological samples. It consists of two independent compressors that ensure a reliable ultra-low temperature environment of -80°C. In the event of an unexpected failure in one cooling circuit, the other can maintain a temperature of at least -80°C for long-term operation. This is crucial for safeguarding valuable and irreplaceable samples with the utmost confidence, ensuring they remain secure even in the event of a compressor failure.
The ULT freezer uses natural green gases as refrigerants to meet safety requirements for usage. These natural hydrocarbon refrigerants are SNAP-compliant according to U.S. regulations. Additionally, this is supported by European Union regulation (EU-517/2014). The foaming agents used during manufacturing are fully controlled to ensure they are environmentally friendly.
The auto cascade system with a patented refrigerant formula offers superior cooling performance and a simplified structure, thanks to a more compact coil design compared to conventional cascade systems. The parallel refrigeration system features dual cooling compressors, ensuring rapid temperature pull-down and quick recovery after door openings. In the event that one compressor fails, the other can continue operating to maintain the temperature at -70°C, effectively preserving the samples until a service engineer arrives.
