Description

Jindal horizontal ultra low temperature freezer is used for low temperature scientific experiments, preservation of red blood cells, white blood cells, skin, DNA/RNA, bone, bacteria, semen, biomedical products, ocean products, electronic devices, and low-temperature testing of special materials. It is suitable for blood banks, hospitals, sanitation and anti – epidemic stations, electronic industries, university laboratories, and military industries.

Control System

  • Temperatures between -10°C to -86°C can be set freely.
  • Temperature control is precise to 1°C.
  • Along with a digital temperature display, it has a keyboard lock and a password protected configuration page.
  • The freezer has a delayed start and safe stop interval between restart and being terminated.
  • Equipped with audio and video alarms, such as: High or Low Temperature alarm, Power Failure alarm, Low Battery alarm, Door Open alarm, Filter Blocking alarm and System Failure alarm.
  • The temperature recorder records 7 days of data. The 72 hour backup battery powers the recorder and controller.

Structural Design

  • Stainless steel interior. Painted steel panel exterior & 4 castor wheels for easy handling.
  • The top door comes with a key lock.
  • Two-times foaming technology with a double seal design.
  • 155mm extra thickness heat insulation.
  • Optional: Chart recorder, CO2 back up, storage racks/boxes and remote alarm system.

Refrigeration Design

  • The Ultra Low Temperature Freezer has a unique refrigeration circulation system.
  • Comes with an internationally acclaimed famous German EBMs fan electromotor.
  • Comes with a cascade refrigeration cycle having dual compressors technology.
  • Uses CFC free refrigerants.
