Construction
Jindal ovens are sturdy, with double-walled construction. The inner chamber is made of a sheet of ALUMINUM or STAINLESS STEEL. The outer chamber is made of mild steel sheet, duly powder coated. The gap between the walls is filled up with special-grade glass wool for proper insulation to avoid heat losses. The inner chamber has ribs for placing the shelves at convenient levels. Supplied with 2 or 3 removable shelves. The oven door is mounted on heavy hinges with a handle. The door is duly insulated.
Elements
Heating elements are made of high-quality nichrome wire and are put inside beads and placed at the bottom and in both side ribs for a uniform temperature all over the work space. Other types of heaters, like jacket heaters, rod heaters, and sheet heaters, are also available for specific requirements.
Temperature Control
The temperature range of the hot air oven shall be from 50°C to 250°C controlled by a hydraulic imported thermostat.
- Thermostat (Temperature accuracy +/- 1 Deg C)
- PID Control (Temperature accuracy +/- 0.1 Deg C)

Ventilation
Air Ventilators are placed near the top of both sides to remove hot gasses and fumes, if any.
Control Panel
consisting of a switch to turn on or off the power, a rotary switch to select high or low rates of heating, a thermostat control knob, and indicators for mains and thermostats. Supplied with a cord and plug.
Designed to operate on a 220 volt, single-phase, 50 Hz AC supply. (Please specify any customization.)
